My review of Bill Bronchicks coaching program. In short it is not worth it. Very, very little personal one on one (I can only think of one time that Bill actually called me with no call into him first) with lots of group setting events that only bring out the negative. I already had some experience and was looking to go to the next level and there was nothing, nada and increased my business knowledge. His bootcamps are good, but don't do the coaching. in hind sight you realize that it was pride that kept you from asking for a refund. I think I just felt stupid that I got sucked into spending 10k on a program that did nothing for me and then to admit it to my husband is hard to do. Please don't make the same mistake. Find a local investor who doesn't have such a big "show" to keep profitable and you will find a diamond in the rough who can teach you a lot more.

I take full responsibility for this fiasco caused by someone who I hired for a short time to run my coaching program. Obviously, it didn't work out, and I apologize for Celeste. I did offer to mentor her for another year for free personally, but unfortunately she declined.
DeleteAll of my coaching is now 1-on-1 with my students, who get my full attention and time.
I am in Bill's program now and I feel it is definitely worth it. It sounds like you were in a different program or a while ago because I meet with him regularly and he keeps me on track. I've done two deals so far and made over $30k and I definitely could not have done it without his expertise along the way. I think the group meetings are fantastic, particularly the latest meeting where we had a life coach talk about overcoming obstacles to success.

Becky and I entered into real estate about 7 years ago. The first 2 years we dabbled because we didn't really know what we were doing. We also paid some good money (and wasted another 2 years) to some of the "Midnight Real Estate Experts" you see on TV and were very unsatisfied. We signed up for Bill Bronchick's Coaching and Mentoring over 3 years ago and should have done it way before then. Every cent we spent was and has been well worth it. We have nothing but good to say about Bill's coaching. We're in constant contact with Bill and we still to this days provides us with great mentoring. We've done pretty well but Bill has kept us out of some deals that even as recenlty as a few months ago seemed attractive to us- (but it turned out they we not). Also between the weekly phone calls, monthly meetings and networking it has kept us on track. Honestly, everyone is entitled to their opinions but we have nothing but good to say about Bill Bronchick. Have we had a couple of sour deals? Yes, but that's when we chose to follow our hearts and not his advice.
ReplyDeleteI did Bill Bronchick's coaching program about 5 years ago and it was a good value for the money. He was always responsive to emails and calls and provided the legal aspects of the transactions so I kept out of trouble. In fact, the biggest benefit of Bill Bronchick's coaching program is the fact that he's a lawyer and can steer you clear of complicated legal issues.

I am in Bill Bronchick's coaching program now and it's far exceeded my expectations. He responds in a matter of minutes when I email him.
ReplyDeleteThe best thing I like about the coaching is the weekly group calls where you get to listen in on other people's Q&A. This helps you learn what you didn't know that you didn't know!
I also enjoy the property tours where one of his coaches (Bobby) walks you through some rehab properties and explains how to estimate repairs.

This is William Bronchick. Celeste's review above was based on a program we no longer offer. I made a bad mistake a few years ago by letting someone else run my coaching program for me for about six months. I very much regret this decision.

ReplyDeleteI just finished a year of coaching with Bill Bronchick and I am signing up for another year. He's always available, fast at answering questions by email, and is patient even when I have a dumb question! His current experience in real estate in my market is what sold me on him, plus the fact that he's an attorney and also owns a title company that can close my deals. I did some other coaching programs with the big names, but they pale in comparison to the value I got with Bill.
